Senior FP&A & Finance Executive

1. FP&A & Internal Reporting

•       Maintain and update all internal management reports: P&L, cash flow, budget vs. actuals, and key financial KPIs

•       Support monthly close process — ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and audit-ready

•       Build and maintain driver-based forecasts and scenario models

•       Prepare materials for CEO/BOD reporting pack and leadership meetings

2. Finance Operations & Governance Support

•       Support the Head of Finance in daily operations including request review, approval processing, and financial sign-offs

•       Contribute to the design and implementation of Techvify's financial governance framework (policies, authority matrix, internal controls)

•       Assist in cross-functional finance projects including ESOP finance, entity structuring, and investor readiness

3. Treasury Management

•       Monitor cash positions across multiple entities (Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, Korea)

•       Manage intercompany fund flows, FX exposure, and bank relationships

•       Support working capital planning and AR/AP oversight

4. ERP & Systems Development

•       Work with the internal IT team to develop, enhance, and maintain the internal ERP and finance systems (TFlow/THRM)

•       Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation of finance workflow improvements

•       Champion the use of technology and AI tools to improve finance efficiency and data quality

5. Overseas Subsidiary Oversight

•       Oversee accounting and compliance operations for Techvify entities in Singapore, Australia, and Korea

•       Ensure subsidiaries meet local statutory requirements (filings, tax, audit) in coordination with local advisors

•       Standardize reporting and control frameworks across entities

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Finance Operations, or Finance Management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP systems and driving process automation is a plus.
• Experience with multi-entity or overseas operations is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or financial reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA) are a plus.

 Preferred Qualifications
     • Experience supporting regional or multi-entity finance operations is preferred.
     • Experience working with external auditors, tax consultants, or overseas advisors is a 
plus.
