Branding Marketing Specialist

1. Branding Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute branding activities aligned with business goals in the EA market.
• Propose campaign concepts, key messages, and communication directions across channels.
• Track campaign performance and propose improvement actions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

2. Event & Seminar Management (End-to-End)

• Plan and organize branding events such as seminars, webinars, tech talks, and marketing activations.
• Take ownership of the full event lifecycle: planning → coordination → execution → post-event follow-up.
• Monitor event effectiveness and collect insights to improve future activities.

3. Brand Materials Development & Management

• Manage and develop branding materials such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, and campaign assets.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure professional visual quality and alignment with international standards.
• Ensure branding consistency across materials and support optimization when needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2–5 years of experience in Branding/Marketing, with hands-on experience in branding campaigns and event organization.
• Experience developing and managing branding materials.
• Strong English communication skills (able to work with international stakeholders).
• Proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, and strong coordination skills.
• Experience working in IT industry, IT Outsourcing environment, or with B2B clients is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
