Biên Hòa - Buyer Quality Assurance Executive

• Maintain ISO standards/ 5S standards/ Compliance standards and Buyer Quality Management System.

• Coordinate with Sample/ Merchandising to achieve PCD/ PSD 100% in the plant.

• Attend the handling of Buyer Quality Assurance’s and QMS audits, and work on corrective and preventive action plans.

• Train the Quality Assurance team to achieve standards at the workplace.

• Be responsible for the process to produce garments as per Buyers’ quality standards.

• Attend any technical issues related to bulk production with the technical team. Liaise with Fabric mills/ trims suppliers/Embellishment plants/ Washing plants to resolve any quality issues related to the plant.

• Work on company values and make the Quality Assurance team understand and practice accordingly.

• Be responsible for departmental people capability development.

• Overlook the technical side/ inspections, monitor the progress & reporting. Maintain 100% final inspection pass rate for all customers.

• Conduct daily morning meetings and risk analysis meetings, preproduction meetings and delivery meetings.

• Control labor turnover rate, disciplinary and absenteeism rate of the team.

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process, Garment technology, Customer’s standards

• Communication skills, MS Office skills

• Management skills, Problem-solving skills, Time management skills

• Accuracy and attention to details

Working time: Monday to Friday (7:15AM – 5:30PM)

Annual leaves: 14 days/year

Working location: Hirdaramani Viet Nam – FGL – Unit 2, Street 13A, Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 2, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam
