Biên Hòa - Pattern Making Executive

• Follow up daily pattern issue on time and ensure the accuracy of pattern, improve yield yardage (YY) and bulk pattern, issue mini marker on time based on critical path, issue pilot/ production pattern on time.

• Communicate with related departments and customers to make workflow smoothly. Attend pre-sample meeting, risk assessment meeting, and critical path meeting to suggest the feasible methods for operations to meet customers' requirements.

• Improve sewing efficiency and maintain it above 75% in each sewing team. Ensure sample submission as per plan.

• Control departmental overall cost, and overtime cost.

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, or related fields

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Knowledge in Pattern Making & Grading Management, TUKA/ GERBER system

• Communication skills, MS Office skills

• Creative and proactive, adaptability, innovation & continuous improvement

Working time: Monday to Friday (7:15AM – 5:30PM)

Annual leaves: 14 days/year

Working location: Hirdaramani Viet Nam – FGL – Unit 2, Street 13A, Bien Hoa Industrial Zone 2, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam
