Mô tả công việc

  • Plan and monitor the maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment in the Sewing Maintenance Department.
  • Monitor manpower allocation and prepare machinery for new order changeovers.
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance technicians’ skills and competencies.
  • Manage automation projects and develop automation systems to improve factory efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Design and fabricate devices, automation equipment, and machinery to support Kaizen initiatives, problem-solving activities, and process improvement.
  • Lead and manage the Automation Team in alignment with the company’s strategic direction and automation development goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Manage all production machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Supervise machine preparation for new orders and oversee the repair of machinery breakdowns during production, including cutting, embroidery, sewing, and related processes.
  • Organize training programs to improve employees’ technical knowledge and professional skills.
  • Maintain regular communication with training centers, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers to obtain technical support and industry best practices.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Prepare proposals, plans, and recommendations for equipment selection and investment, and manage the implementation of automation projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers when projects require additional resources or technical expertise.
  • Support the Maintenance Department in troubleshooting, upgrading, and improving automated systems and machinery.
  • Collaborate with other companies within the Group in Vietnam and overseas factories to implement and standardize automation projects.
  • Lead the deployment and implementation of IoT systems within the factory.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s internal regulations, policies, procedures, and any instructions issued by Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Competencies
  • Ability to program PLCs, microcontrollers, and design HMI systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient in 3D design software (SolidWorks) and 2D drafting software (AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing automation systems.
  • Experience in automation system integration.
  • Knowledge of IoT system development and implementation.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
