• Manage all qonvolv auto machines in VN showroom.
• Contact & combine with other parties to catch the necessary information timely and meet customers and agent’s requirements.
• Testing and commissioning all new auto machines imported by agents and customers.
• Conduct the training program to improve customers and agents’ professional skills
• Regular contact with warranty centers or manufacturers to get the best support to the agents and customers.
• Keep a record of contributing ideas of relating parties to handle the situation in the best way.
• To be responsible for the enforcement of the company’s internal labor regulations, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.

University degree - Engineer

Automation, electrical, M/E certificate

More than 2 years working experiences in garment industry 

Basic English & Optional Mandarin:

Ability to read and interpret all internal/external Production documents

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
