Bag Designer - Odm/oem (Backpack, Handbag, Luggage)

• Design bags and luggage (backpacks, handbags, suitcases, etc.) for global brands under ODM/OEM projects.

• Develop designs based on buyer briefs, customer requirements, and target pricing.

• Create 2D technical drawings including structure, dimensions, materials, and construction details.

• Work closely with pattern makers, sample teams, and factories to ensure designs are feasible for production.

• Revise designs based on sample feedback, cost considerations, and production constraints.

• Prepare accurate design files for sampling, quotation, and development schedules.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Portfolio required (bag, backpack, luggage, or soft goods projects preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in bag or soft goods design (ODM/OEM experience is a plus).

• College or University degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Garment Technology, or related fields.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for 2D technical and design drawings.

• Good knowledge of layout and color, with a strong sense of visual balance and design aesthetics.

• Understanding of bag construction, materials, and sewing methods.

• Ability to collaborate with pattern makers and production teams.

• Able to read and communicate in English.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
