Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Merchandiser to support Sales Team by following up on quality, compliance, audit and customer requirements. This is a coordination and follow-up role, not a technical quality inspection or product development position. The successful candidate will connect customers with the relevant Quality, Compliance, Production, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate follow-up.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow up on quality, compliance, audit, and inspection requirements from each customer or brand.

• Communicate customer requirements clearly to the relevant internal departments.

• Coordinate with the Quality, Compliance, Production, and Sales Teams on required actions.

• Monitor deadlines, corrective action plans, customer requests, and pending follow-up items.

• Assist in collecting reports, records, audit documents, and supporting information.

• Follow up on customer comments, quality concerns, compliance matters, and action status.

• Keep the Sales Team updated and escalate important issues promptly and accurately.

• Support other sales coordination and administrative tasks when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, supply chain, textiles, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, sales support, quality coordination, compliance, or manufacturing is preferred.

• Experience in the bag, garment, footwear, or OEM manufacturing industry is an advantage (not required).

• Strong willingness to learn about quality, compliance, audit, and manufacturing requirements.

• Proactive, responsive, and able to follow up on tasks in a timely manner.

• Good communication, coordination, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-up items.

• Able to communicate in English with international customers and internal teams.
