Merchandisers (PO & Shipment Management Position)

- While beginner is welcome to apply for the position, it is also an asset to have 2 years or above experiences in PO handling/shipment position, & experience.

- Creating and updating PO and supervising Purchase Orders along with fixed shipment date and following system updates.

- Know how to use/ familiar with ERP / system and understanding of shipment region requirement with given Standard of Procedures (SOP) given.

- PO & order sheet, shipment monitoring.

- Order Management:

+ Daily-check buyer system, Receive new PO, Update PO Detail(Price,Delivery,details etc..)

+ Mainly in charge of manage/update/share internal order status.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Need to be responsible, and strong in details & numbers, handling detailed files

• Good reading/writing/communication skills in English is required.

• Good Excel skills & Infor Nexus system handling are an asset.

• Work carefully under high pressure within timeline, honesty, diligence and proactive.

• Chinese Language is an asset.

• Requirement: College or University Degree.
