Analyst, Legal Counsel - Compliance Department

* To assist the in-house counsels in responding to new regulations in a proper manner to ensure the compliance with laws by all staff in daily operation.

* To deal with legislation and regulatory changes from local authorities by timely update and report to supervisor and Management.

* To support other department operation by providing legal advices and monitor legal task force and project, as well as coordinating with related counterparties in handling legal issues.

* To be responsible for the compliance action program regarding (i) legal check and (ii) training to all staffs on legal issues;

* To deal with requirements of the compliance action program regarding various internal control and general compliance issues and directly report to Team Head

Yêu cầu công việc

* Bachelor in law.

* Experience of working in banking sector or in a law firm is an advantage.

* Being attorney at law is an advantage.

* Fluent in English both writing and speaking, Japanese language is an advantage.

* Good analytic, presentation and reporting skills.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills.

* Teamwork and responsibility, initiative and carefulness.

* Good computer skill (Window: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook…)
