Vice President, System Administration/ Infrastructure & Operations - IT Department

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT infrastructure and support team

• Oversee daily IT infrastructure, operations, and Level 1 service desk activities

• Ensure stable and secure operation of networks, servers, databases, applications and end-user systems

• Manage backup, recovery, and contingency arrangements for critical systems

• Control IT assets, software licenses, and equipment inventory

• Support IT purchasing, vendor coordination, and service follow-up

• Maintain operational documentation, change records, and control evidence

• Work closely with internal IT teams, business teams, other branches and Head Office/regional stakeholders

• Support audits, compliance requirements, and operational governance

• Drive service quality improvement and team performance

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

• At least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations

• Proven experience as a team lead, supervisor, or people manager

• Strong hands-on knowledge of servers, networks, backup/recovery, and end-user support

• Good understanding of incident management, change control, and operational documentation

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills

• Experience in banking or another regulated environment is highly preferred
