Air Pricing Executive

Job Purpose

To provide operational and pricing support for Air RFQs by preparing pricing submissions, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and submission deadlines.

Key Accountabilities

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

- Analyze data from RFQs and customer inquiries to prepare accurate pricing baseline information that supports quotation decisions

- Check and verify cost rates directly with the procurement and carrier management teams to ensure accurate pricing foundations

- Populate RFQ and inquiry response templates in full compliance with requirements, ensuring complete and accurate submissions

- Submit proposed pricing to the line manager for review and approval prior to final submission to ensure alignment with company guidelines

- Coordinate with Business Development opportunity owners and the Regional Pricing Team during the RFQ bidding process, following instructed pricing guidelines and workflows

- Provide prompt pricing assistance to local and overseas sales teams for day-to-day inquiries, and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager as needed

- Maintain up-to-date central price databases and reference files to enable rapid response times for data requests from overseas offices and clients

- Perform routine data management and prepare pricing/performance reports as assigned by the line manager

Essential

- Bachelors degree or higher specifically business studies, engineering, logistics or commerce type studies

Experience

- At least 1 year

- Experience working with customers (internal & external)
