Air Operation Executive

Air Operation Executive (Temporary 10-month contract)

• Support data entry for daily operations (FUND, AR/AP, settlement cost)

• Assist in checking and verifying data carefully to minimize errors

• Update and maintain records in system (e.g. Smart Cargo)

• Follow up and organize data related to shipments

• Support the team with basic operational tasks as assigned

• Ensure tasks are completed on time and follow team procedures

1. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

2. Working Experience and Skill

• Careful, responsible, and willing to learn

• Positive attitude and open to feedback

• Comfortable working with numbers and data

• Willing to follow guidance and team processes

• Able to double check work to ensure basic accuracy

• Patient when handling repetitive tasks

• Basic MS Office (Excel + Outlook)

• No prior experience required – training will be provided
