AI Consultant (AI R&D Center)

As an AI Consultant, you sit at the intersection of business and technology - translating real business challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value. You will guide enterprise clients from idea to impact: shaping AI strategy, designing solution architectures, supporting presales, and helping teams turn proofs of concept into production-ready outcomes.

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to client decision-makers and modern AI technologies. You will accelerate digital transformation, drive innovation, and help organizations adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Solution Development
• Engage with clients to gather, analyze business requirements.

• Identify and prioritize AI / GenAI opportunities that address concrete business challenges.

• Assess technical feasibility, business value, and ROI of AI initiatives.

• Develop AI roadmaps, use cases, solution proposals, and high-level solution architectures.

Presales & Proposals
• Lead and participate in client workshops, presentations, and presales activities.

• Prepare proposals, solution documents, and bid responses that win deals.

• Articulate AI value propositions clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

Delivery & Technical Collaboration
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver AI solutions.

• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and prototype development, providing hands-on technical direction.

• Manage stakeholders and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Others
• Advise on AI governance, data privacy, model risk, and regulatory compliance - especially for regulated industries.

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, tooling, and market trends.

• Drive internal AI knowledge sharing and enablement activities.

Requirements

Experience & Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience (business, economics, and analytics backgrounds with strong AI exposure are welcome).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Data, AI, or Solution Consulting, including direct work with enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated track record of taking AI initiatives from idea through to delivery.

Technical Skills
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.

• Exposure to common GenAI frameworks and tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a strong plus.

• Working knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and model risk in enterprise contexts.

Business & Consulting Skills
• Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions - and to “translate” between C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

• Familiarity with digital transformation and software delivery projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills, with experience in proposal writing and solution presentation.

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Good command of English - able to lead workshops and presentations with international clients (written and spoken).

Preferred
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Telecommunications industries.

• Awareness of relevant AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, sector-specific compliance).

• AI, Cloud, or Business Analysis certifications.
