Accounting Manager (Loyalty)

• The Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager's responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.

• Managing a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and external audits;

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department;

• Supervising the AR, AP functions, monthly closing of accounts;

• Doing related reports as requirement including Financial statement and manegement reports.

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements;

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles;

• Supervising, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day activities. His/her responsibilities include setting financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information;

• Work with Auditors to complete reports;

• Working with stakehoders for related tasks;

• Perform tax reports, financial reports as current regulations;

• Update new tax regulations, compare and brief any change and impact to our business (When necessary);

• Coordinate forecast budgeting;

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions; Coordinate with Finance to set up master data management purpose;

• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;

• Handle reports as requirement;

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions;

• Other tasks assigned by line Manager.

Qualifications &

Qualifications & Working experience:

• BA/ BC degree in Accounting or Finance;

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and tax compliance;

• Experience in Tech, Airline, Loyalty companies, Tourism, Banking is a big advanted;

• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor;

• Holds a Chief Accountant certificate;

• Experienced in working with foreign partners.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Advanced computer skills in excel, the accounting software;

• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data;

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations;

• High attention to detail and accuracy;

• Ability to direct and supervise;

• Be able to work independently;

• Proficient in English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent;

• High integrity and responsibility;

• Be quick leaner and comfortable to work in a challenging and fast-pace working environment;

• Having deadline commitment and good task management skill to cover the scope of works requires;
