- Act as the main client contact, maintaining long-term relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, planning) to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for projects.
- Lead and mentor the account team, fostering growth and performance.
- Oversee daily team activities, providing guidance and problem-solving.
- Prepare reports on account status and project progress.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the event or entertainment industry.
- Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
