- Be responsible for ideating, developing, and refining unique and engaging concepts for the festival event.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts.
- Develop Key Visuals, including brief design, festival activities, and attendee experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends in music festivals, attendee preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the Account team to ensure cohesive planning and execution of the festival.
- Create detailed concept proposals to present to the client.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative development, event planning, or a related field.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Passion for music festivals, events, and brand experiences.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
