TeenCare is a pioneering platform in the field of psychological and life skills education for teenagers. We connect dedicated mentors with young individuals to help them build habits, develop life skills, and cultivate a healthy mindset.

Beyond mentoring, you will also serve as an educational consultant, recommending supportive services that optimize each student‘s learning and development journey.

Your Role at TeenCare: Youth Mentor

As a Mentor, you will:

• Lead 1:1 mentoring sessions (online) with teens across Vietnam
• Empower young minds through structured life-skills & wellness programs
• Engage with families and support students’ growth journeys
• Upsell meaningful educational services and boost your income
• Join a warm, drama-free, LGBTQ+ friendly team of educators

We’re seeking candidates who:

• Are passionate about youth development and love working with teenagers.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can connect with students and persuade parents effectively.
• Are goal-oriented, with experience in consulting, customer service, or sales (a plus).
• Are self-driven, responsible, and able to balance between mentoring and upselling goals.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

•  Base salary: 2,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND ( 50,000 VND/session 30')
• Allowance based on the number of assigned students: 500,000 – 1,800,000 VND/month.
• Monthly Performance Review bonus.

Work Commitment & Schedule
Each mentoring session lasts 30 minutes, including:

• Peak-hour sessions (Monday to Friday): 17:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, and 21:00.
• Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday): 09:00 – 11:00 and 14:00 – 21:00 (minimum of 4 sessions on weekends).
• Candidates can start working immediately after completing the training program.

Working format: Remote.
