Warehouse Supervisor

Work Location: VSIP 3 (Ho Chi Minh)

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuance, and distribution.

- Ensure materials are delivered to production accurately and on time.

- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.

- Control age-sensitive materials and minimize inventory discrepancies.

- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.

- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational KPIs.

- Establish and improve warehouse processes and operational policies.

- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.

- Maintain warehouse documentation in compliance with ISO requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.

- At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1–2 years in a Warehouse Supervisor (or equivalent leadership) role.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Glovia is an advantage).

- Good knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and material flow.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

- Good command of English communication and writing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Forklift driving experience or certification is a plus.

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
