Warehouse Supervisor

CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in Nasdaq stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We’re having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named T.A Vietnam.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible to work closely with internal groups, and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership team(s) (Import/Export, Planning, Production, Purchasing). Ensures continued supply of Product / Finished Product as per market demand.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, direction, guidance and all aspects of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Set up, maintain and improve the efficiency of warehouse processes.

• Responsible for the warehouse management including labor, equipment, layout and inventory.

• Manage the overall operations of the warehouse: Receiving, put away, kitting, return, inventory, loading and unloading process.

• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment such as overhead crane, forklift.

• Responsible for inventory accuracy from both internal warehouse and external warehouse.

• Control and analyze inventory levels for demand plans for both inventory and cost efficiency.

• Control and manage physical inventory movements through transactions in ERP.

• Organize the physical count daily and periodically.

• Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.

• Complete all necessary daily, weekly, monthly, and reports in a timely and accurate.

• Other tasks as assigned by Plant Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required).

• 10+ years of related experience and knowledge of Warehouse Operations.

• 5+ years of management and leadership experience including managing warehouse in manufacturing environment.

• Competence and confidence leading teams and developing a cohesive team atmosphere.

• Solid understanding about planning, inventory system.

• Strong in using ERP or experience about WSM.

• Collaborative, proactive attitude.

• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.

• Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Computer skill in MS Office, ERP, WSM, e-mail, internet and software package.
