Warehouse Solution Design Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Solution Design Executive to join our Contract Logistics team at GEODIS Warehouse, ICD Tan Cang, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai:

Responsibility:

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Analyze warehouse operational flows and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service level.

Support implementation of lean initiatives to reduce non-value-added activities, operator walking distance, and handling time.

Participate in warehouse layout optimization, slotting strategy, and storage utilization improvement projects.

Monitor operational KPIs and propose corrective actions to improve performance.

Support standardization of SOPs and operational best practices across warehouse activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Extract, analyze, and interpret operational data from WMS and internal databases.

Develop dashboards and reports to monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound performance, and customer KPIs.

Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and provide data-driven recommendations.

Support forecasting and capacity analysis for labor, storage, and operational planning.

WMS Functional Analysis & System Support

Act as first-level support for WMS operational issues and process troubleshooting.

Analyze WMS transaction flows and identify system enhancement opportunities.

Support WMS testing, UAT, and implementation of new operational functionalities.

Coordinate with IT teams and operations to ensure smooth system integration and issue resolution.

Maintain process mapping and documentation related to WMS operations.

Operations Support & Project Coordination

Support daily warehouse operations during peak periods or operational incidents.

Participate in customer onboarding, new business implementation, and operational startup projects.

Assist in preparing operational solutions and process design for new customer requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional activities between operations, IT, engineering, and customer service teams.

Ensure operational compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Continuous Improvement Culture

Promote a continuous improvement mindset within warehouse operations.

Participate in Kaizen workshops, operational reviews, and improvement initiatives.

Support training and coaching of operational teams on new processes and tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or similar.

• At least 3-year experience in contract logistics OPS or Solution Design.

• Knowledge of the supply chain design software, or similar.

• Warehousing, transport, supply chain design, industrial engineering, manufacturing.

• Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

• Communication Proficiency English.
