Warehouse Manager

Working Location

Work at Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An until October 2026 for training and operation setup (Daily shuttle bus provided from District 1 and District 6, Ho Chi Minh City).

Relocate to work full-time at Sonadezi Chau Duc Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau from November 2026.

• Manage all daily operations of the Maintenance Spare Parts Warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control of spare parts, tools, consumables, and maintenance materials.

• Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain appropriate stock levels to support maintenance activities without production interruption.

• Plan and coordinate timely replenishment of spare parts and maintenance materials with the Purchasing Department.

• Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks, arrange shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to inspect and verify the quality and specifications of incoming spare parts before warehouse acceptance.

• Monitor and manage defective spare parts, coordinate repair requests, and maintain accurate tracking records.

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions in the ERP system and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Ensure proper storage methods, material identification, FIFO practices, and preservation of maintenance spare parts.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with 5S standards and company procedures.

• Work closely with the Maintenance, Purchasing, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Communicate effectively with foreign managers regarding warehouse operations, inventory status, and material requirements.

• Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience managing a Maintenance Spare Parts Warehouse is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of maintenance spare parts, including commonly used mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation components.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO, warehouse operations, stock auditing, and ERP systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign managers.

• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
