Production Planning Specialist

Có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón hằng ngày đối với ứng viên sinh sống tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, điểm đưa đón tại Q1 lúc 7h.

1. Monitor and maintain safety stock and minimum inventory levels for all materials (Mother Rolls MR, Resin), packaging, additives, chemicals and other production consumables.

2. Calculate Material Requirement Plan (MRP) for raw, packaging and related articles base on Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure delivery on time in full to meet production plan.

3. Base on daily production plan of Film Blowing and Bag Making, calculate into quantity requirement of raw materials, packaging materials, additives, chemicals, and consumables to the Warehouse, Production, and Spare Parts Warehouse teams.

4. Ensure Production Orders are released only when all required materials are available, minimizing unnecessary coordination, production disruptions, and unplanned schedule adjustments.

5. Collaborate with the ERP project team to design, implement, and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes within the ERP system, ensuring effective planning and inventory management.

6. Coordinate with Warehouse department to get the right inventory.

7. Provide daily inventory and material status reports to Planning department, highlight potential constraints in production / workshop and have proactive action plan.

8. Some ads in tasks are assigned by Planning Manager and BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment in Production Planning, or Material planning / Inventory Management

2. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, investigate and resolve operational issues within warehouse, workshop and production.

3. Can reading and understanding documents and specification in English

4. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.

5. Good in Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI and/or VBA is a strong advantage.
