Warehouse Intern

Supporting QC to check goods before leaving warehouse to ensure the correct quantity, product as Delivery Note for Alchemy, BBC & NFG.
Update the Delivery Status on Link Deli.
Checking the status of btl (label, customs stamp, barcode, customs declaration matches btl stamp for MT’s orders, provincial delivery orders, …).Checking the quantity and quality product before import the warehouse from Trasas, other suppliers for Alchemy, BBC and NFG.
Check stock, size, stamp, barcode as required (if any) from BOD, Sale, MKT, …Supporting QC to collect, reorder and store the copy delivery documents.
Other ad-hoc tasks as requested to Coordinator, preparing the order.

Internship duration: 4-6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).Open for 4th year student or fresher in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business major.
High level of English written and spoken.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).Passion, hard-working, willing to learn.
