Visual Merchandise Executive - Fashion Brand

• To identify and realize visual merchandise opportunities for all stores and provide Strategic Direction.
• Ensure consistent application of global brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Control the budget to maximize the budget through appropriate allocation.
• Efficient undertaking of monthly VM related administration procedures such as budgeting, prop sourcing and VM store visits.
• Prepare planning for new launch store.
• Prepare planning for new collection launch & promotion in-store.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting execution challenges from the store.
• Provide training to store personnel on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
• Processing all VM paperwork to ensure timely payment and accurate budget registration.
• Effectively Liaise with Brand principals wherever necessary and deliver their standard display.
• Execution of guidelines
• Suppliers’ relationship and managing VM budget 
• Interfacing with Merchandising, Operations & Marketing departments
• Other tasks assigned.

Qualification:

• Relevant experience within a retail sector in operations and / or merchandising
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in Retail / FMCG 
• A college/university degree or higher, preferably in Design, Architecture or Marketing
