Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Executive - 8 Months Contract

• Development Dashboard/ Reports via Power BI (Sales, GP, Stock…etc).
• Liaise with FAST Team to drive the month/ year end closing.
• Verify documents from various Brands/ Departments before submitting to the FAST team (Accrual, payment requests, invoices, cost centers, etc.) to ensure accuracy figures reflects on BS, P&L.
• Maintain Financial Master Data for reporting purposes (Stores, GFA, NSA, FF, CAPEX, Stock…etc).
• Prepare Monthly Deck to BOD, including Brands performance, Expansion Plan, and Business story telling… (PowerPoints).
• Assist Finance Manager on preparing 5-Years Strategy and Budget.
• Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by line manager.

At least 3 years’ working experience in Finance (strong Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint)

COMPETENCIES: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is a MUST.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly responsibilities, quickly adapt to changes and result oriented.
