Video Editor

• Edit and produce videos based on provided scripts for communication channels (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team on creative content ideas (storyboards, visual style, effects, etc.)
• Trim, color correct, add effects, sound, subtitles, and ensure high visual/audio quality.
• Repurpose long-form content into short videos for social media.
• Work closely with relevant departments (Marketing, HR, Software, etc.) to deliver videos aligned with each campaign.
• Proactively suggest new editing styles and formats aligned with current trends.
  

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Design, Communications, or related fields
• At least 2 years of video editing experience, preferably in agencies, tech companies, or startups
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc
• Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of composition, lighting, and color
• Basic skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus
• Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Salary starts at 16.000.000đ - 23.000.000đ/month (Negotiation) based on performance. 
• Probation period: 2 months.
• Working time: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday, You will work from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the office (lunch time from 12:00 - 1:00 PM).
• 12 annual days, 11 public holidays, pay insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN), and other benefits based on the Vietnam Labor Code.
  Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
