- Act as the main operational contact for customers, handling all daily air freight inquiries and shipments.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and overseas agents to arrange bookings, space allocation, and flight schedules.
- Prepare and check shipping documents (Air Waybills, House Waybills, commercial invoices, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with timely and proactive updates on shipment status, tracking, and any potential issues.
- Handle customer complaints and exceptions professionally, providing effective solutions.
- Calculate freight rates and prepare customer quotations.
- Work closely with the customs team to ensure smooth export/import processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Must have 1-2 years of working experience in air freight customer service/operations, preferably in a forwarder company.
- Solid understanding of international air freight procedures and documentation.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written), Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- A team player with high responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
