Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounting data entry and reconciliations
- Assist in preparing workpapers and financial documentation
- Support tax compliance processes and document management
- Maintain accurate client records and internal systems
- Provide back-end operational support to the accounting team
- Liaise with Australian colleagues to clarify instructions and resolve queries
- Contribute to process improvement and standardisation

Candidate Profile
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Law, English, or a related discipline
- Fluent in written and verbal English (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills and professional mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Ambitious, career-driven, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Progression
- Starting salary from VND 8,000,000 gross per month
- Clear progression pathway with target salary growth to VND 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 within 12–18 months, subject to performance
- 13th-month salary
- Monthly attendance bonus of VND 200,000
- Statutory insurance (21.5%) fully funded on top of base salary
- Additional group private insurance
- Performance-based bonuses
