Utility Control Staff / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain facility & utility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, wastewater, compressed air, LPG, fire protection, and security).

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Support facility, energy-saving, and infrastructure projects; supervise contractors and project execution.

• Monitor utilities, drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Ensure EHS compliance, including PTW, LOTO, PPE, and contractor safety.

• Maintain operational records and support continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and cost performance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields.

• 0 - 3 years of experience in Facility, Utility, Maintenance, Energy, or Project Engineering within manufacturing environments. (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Good knowledge of utility systems, project coordination, contractor management, and EHS requirements.

• Familiarity with energy management, CMMS/BMS/EMS, or IoT systems is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Good problem-solving, communication, report-writing, and English skills.
