Product Planning Staff/ Chief

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of planning for new products of ceiling fan and ventilation fan in Vietnam.

• Conduct market research and market analysis — including demand, trends, customer insights, and competitor information — through market visits, desk research, and customer meetings.

• Discuss and decide product details with various stakeholders such as R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, Japan team, and overseas members.

• Summarize all related information and documents according to internal planning requirements.

• Organize product seminars, manage internal documentation, and coordinate planning meetings and sample inventory.

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: University/ College/ Vocational School

• Have 1+ years of experience in either Product Planning/ Engineering/ Marketing

• Language: Business English.

• Marketing knowledge (Creativity, Market survey, Kotler theory, 3C, 4P, PEST, 5 Force)

• Be proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.)

• Communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Have 2+ years of experience in either Product Planning/ Engineering/ Marketing

• Language: Business English.

• Be proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.)
