[Urgent] HVAC End-To-End Manufacturing Engineer

50% for Manufacturing engineer

- Experienced in the Automotive manufacturing field to ensure they're familiar with IATF16949, especially on PPAP process

- Experienced in a mass production environment, not just a machining shop

- Experienced in new model launch, continuous improvement, and mass production support:

• Product drawing and product requirements review (including customer standard)

• The investment list and PKG design concept preparation (including the takt time, cycle time, and capacity calculation)

• The whole manufacturing line design and development with supplier (machines, tooling, fixtures, stations, etc.)

• Factory layout preparation (AutoCAD, Draftsight)

• Machine and tooling installation, setup, commissioning, and trial run

• New model launch activities support

o OTS build (including the additional engineering build)

o PV build

o RR build

• Mass production support

o Machine monitoring and parameter adjustment

o Problem investigation (ICA/PCA)

o New model RFQ activities support:

• Continuous improvement

o Cycle time balancing and reduction

- Experienced in HEX or HVAC products will be an advantage

30% for Maintenance and control

- Experienced in PLC program both hardware and software (at least Mitsubishi brand)

• Don't need to know much in detail but at least he must be able to connect the laptop with machine, open the program, and stand by for supplier to remote

- Experienced in the automation line and equipment such as conveyor, motor, relay, air cylinder, solenoid valve, general electric sensor, vision camera, and industrial printer

- Basic knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Programming

- Be able to investigate and preliminarily troubleshoot the machine problem

- Manage and minimize downtime

- Manage and control the spare part system

- Maintain and control facilities, equipment, contractors, and site activities in compliance with safety, health, environmental, IATF16949, and ISO14001 requirements.

20% for Quality

- Basic knowledge on GD&T drawing , expert on GD&T drawing is an advantage.

- Familiar with APQP , PPAP process. Knowledge of core tools is an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge 8D report , either for Customer or Supplier. Provide an example is an added advantage.

- Measuring tools knowledge. knowledge of calibration is an advantage.

- Attitude on quality mind set

Qualification

22. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, HVAC Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

23. Minimum three years experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing, preferably in a Tier One environment.

24. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, manufacturing processes, quality tools, preventive maintenance, and utility systems.

25. Ability to read technical drawings and use engineering software, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office.

26. Good English communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, quality, and operations.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, and alternating Saturdays
