Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of manufacturing operations, ensuring that quality, delivery, cost, and safety targets are consistently achieved. The role integrates shop-floor leadership, production supervision, manufacturing engineering support, and technical and maintenance coordination, while operating in accordance with the SynerLean manufacturing policy principles.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive/electronic or high-volume manufacturing.

- Experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, or technical support roles.

Or equivalent experience deemed suitable and relevant to the role by management

Working hours: Monday – Friday, and alternating Saturdays
