POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure C&B implementation (payroll, insurance, annual increasement) accurate and timely manner in accordance with Crystal policies, Government laws and Buyers’ requirements with related reports as and when required. He/she will be involved in market survey to ensure remuneration package keep up with market pay range.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Payroll

• Liaise with related departments to handle monthly payroll calculation in timely manner.

• Regular review pay-policies and propose for changes in accordance with Crystal group policies, government laws and buyers’ requirements.

2 Increasement and benefit survey

• Preparing working file for performance bonus and annual increment.

• Participate in benefit survey as and when required to propose for company’s benefit remain competitive and attractive.

3 Reports

• Perform payroll analyses and report to support management in decision making.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Human Resource, business management or related field

Years of Work Experience 5 years experience in C&B management in manufacturing company

Technical Skills

- Strong data analysis tools

- High accuracy and attention to details

- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, Visio

Languages Written and spoken English (for communication purpose)
