Trucking & Customs Clearance Senior Staff

• Checking shipping documents: INV, PL, MSDS, B/L, C.O, license, ...

• Update new regulation of customs law and advise customs to follow correctly

• Declaration CDS for Gc Customers ( Serveone, Heesung, Heangsungs, Y2, Kortek, EXW and DDP Shipments…..)

• Arrange trucking to delivery shipment

• Inform to customer shipment delivery status, CDS status

• Input into Pilos systems, SCS system (payment system)

• Checking buying debit notes and settlement

• Make selling debit notes and settlement

• Other job assigned by Leader

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Knowledge

- University degree

- At least 4-5 years of experience in Logistics and Forwarding field

2. Skills

- Good command of English.

- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required

- Good management skill and problem solving skill

3. Attitude

- Be dependable and truthful

- Be motivated and dedicated
