1. Arrange accommodation, monitor room occupancy status, and inspect rooms to ensure accommodation standards are maintained at the dorm and the visitors' lodge.

2. Manage and oversee equipment, tools, and assets at the dorm and the visitors' lodge, including inspections, coordination with the FC Department, repairs, replacements, and proposals for new purchases when necessary.

3. Conduct periodic inventory checks of assets, equipment, and tools at the dorm and the visitors' lodge.

4. Manage food service operations at the dorm and the visitors' lodge, including supervising cooks, planning weekly menus, coordinating with suppliers for food ingredient procurement, and preparing payment documents for food suppliers.

5. Supervise the daily activities of cleaners, including room cleaning, maintenance of common areas, and laundry services at the dorm and the visitors' lodge.

6. Booking hotel and air tickets for visitors and company staff whenever required.

7. LED announcement.

8. PA system announcement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from College or University with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Linguistics, or related fields.

o For College graduates: at least 2 years of relevant working experience is required.

o For University graduates: experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fluent in English (4 skills).

• Experience in screening CVs, interviewing, and onboarding new hires is a plus.

• Experience in booking tickets/hotels and arranging company vehicles is a plus.

• Good communication, multi-tasking, planning and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to use AI for work is a plus.
