Accounting Assistant Section Leader / Trợ Lý Trưởng Bộ Phận Kế Toán - Work in Nui Thanh, Da Nang (Huyện Núi Thành, Tỉnh Quảng Nam Cũ)- Reporting Work to Singapore

1. Review and provide guidance on the team’s work in areas such as

a. Inventory related transactions like material issuance, transfers, scrap, consumables etc

b. Fixed assets

c. Tools and supplies.

2. Analyze of expenses like general expenses, freight cost etc

3. Review contract / Explain for VAT 0% with suppliers

4. Review supporting document for bank payments

5. Monthly reporting to Vietnam State bank on import from overseas with deferral payment

6. Compute & prepares the submission file for WHT when incurred

7. Support in the annual review of slow stock moving review and stock count.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Degrees in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing companies.

• Leadership qualities and good communication skills is preferred.

• Good analytical skills and well-versed in Excel.

• Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.

• Able to lead a team and is a team player.
