1. Provide technical support for production in term of machinery maintenance and trouble-shooting to achieve company’s set goals and objectives.

2. Install, maintain, convert and initiate proving-in of production machinery according to maintenance schedule.

3. Undertake and implement improvement projects.

4. Use of computer station, PLC or other electronic measuring instruments to repair, troubleshoot and maintain production machinery.

5. Work with other function groups to improve machine cycle time through machine improvement projects.

6. Conduct maintenance On-the-Job training (OJT) for line technicians.

7. Maintain adequate machine’s spare parts on-line.

8. Observe safety and housekeeping at workstations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation systems, and production machinery.

• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proficiency in using 3D software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
