Transportation Optimization

• Deep-dive into operational data to visualize waste, identify key areas for improvement, predict capacity needs, redesign workflows and proposing enhancements for process & automation.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights to provide proposals that drive cost reduction, speed up lead-time and improve productivity. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to management and cross-functional teams, effectively communicating data-driven analysis to achieve target alignment.
• Design and maintain automated performance dashboards to track the success of implemented changes.
• Drive or involve in optimization projects if requested & perform other tasks as assigned by the Company

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Degree holder with minimum of 5 years of experience in E-logistics industry or relevant optimization field, with LEAN / Six Sigma certificate / knowledge is a plus
• Solid hands-on experience in data analysis, operations research, or a similar role focusing on process improvement with a proactive mindset, always looking at problems as a next opportunity to improve efficiency and service quality. 
• Advanced Excel skill, spreadsheet tools and data visualization, excellent presentation & "data storytelling" skills; you must be comfortable translating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Good interpersonal skill with deep understanding of operation process, able to drive changes to relevant stakeholders to meet key objectives
• Highly advantages: Practical skills in SQL, or other programming languages to automate data processing.
• Intermediate English language skills
