Training Manager

Job Purpose

Lead the organization's Learning & Development, Corporate Culture, Employee Experience, and Internal Communications functions. Drive strategic workforce development, establish scalable training frameworks for international markets, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure measurable business impact through effective learning and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development

- Develop and execute the company's long-term learning and workforce development strategy.

- Design talent development, leadership development, and onboarding frameworks across the organization.

- Standardize and transfer training programs, processes, and best practices to international markets.

- Establish training governance, competency frameworks, and effectiveness measurement systems.

- Manage learning-related budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and team performance.

2. Corporate Culture, Employee Experience & Internal Communications

- Develop and execute the company's culture, employee engagement, and employee experience strategy.

- Lead culture transformation and engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.

- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that reinforce company values and business priorities.

- Oversee internal events, recognition programs, and employer branding activities.

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, budgets, vendors, and team resources to ensure effective execution and measurable business impact.

- Bachelor's degree or above; Master's degree is preferred.

- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles

- Proven track record of developing training strategies, culture programs, and employee engagement frameworks.

- Experience supporting regional/global operations and training deployment across international markets.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

- Strong strategic planning, change management, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
