Total Reward Assistant Manager (Strong C&b/total Reward)

The job holder will be responsible for provide excellent HR services in HR Operations, C&B, Total Rewards topics, ensure salary management and policies, … are reviewed and implemented in line with the market and global/regional guidelines.

- Assist in reviewing, designing and developing equitable and market competitive total rewards programs with the KLN's business & pay philosophy.

- Harmonize all HR policies & procedures to ensure consistency, appropriateness and aligns and consistent for all business units.

- Assist salary proposals for new hires, internal transfers, international assignees, market adjustments and promotion exercise, staff cost model for bidding new project, etc. based on company’s pay structure.

- Assist the annual reforecast & budget, staff cost control, salary increment and bonus payout cycle effectively and within established budgets.

- Conduct Job Evaluation/Job Slotting exercise/ Salary survey / Benchmarking, … using Mercer’s methodology.

- Monitor the HR Operations to ensures the organization complies with all relevant regulations and law.

- Data reporting & analysis.

- Other HR project and ad-hoc activities required by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 7-8+ years of experience working in Human Resources, in which 5+ years similar position included C&B & Total Reward.

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and personal income tax.

- Excellent in Excel; Data Analysis skills.

- Language: Good at English
