Senior Sales Executive

Kerry Logistics Network ("KLN") Vietnam is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to developing business activities for Air/ Ocean/ Lane Freight services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within freight forwarding services.

• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

• Expand market share in Air/ Ocean/ Lane Freight across key trade lanes.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and Overseas Offices to deliver competitive solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs, and contract negotiations.

• Ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new customers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding industries.

• Proven track record in Air Freight and/or Ocean Freight business development.

• Strong understanding of international transportation, Incoterms, and global trade practices.

• Existing customer network is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good at English.
