Supports to follow up incoming document, assist in the receiving process document, verifying the data between physical and SAP system.
Check quantity between document and reception in SAP system highlight if any deviation.
Receive the document from other Dept, assist prepare orders document for transfer.
Assist checking documents for delivery from customer service team before handover to FWD.
Assist documents in performing regular cycle counts and compare data between document and SAP system.
Learn and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Other tasks are assigned by direct Supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: College/University Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain management or other fields.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Computer skills (experience with Excel).Internship duration: Minimum 3 months, with at least 4.5 full-time days per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
