Production Control Assistant Intern

Assist in distributing stationery to Line Leaders, meal registration.
Assist in updating annual leave attendance & shift plan.
Support the Production Manager in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations.
Receive information of internal activities then connect and motivate staffs in the team.
Support the Production Supervisors to inventory raw materials and conduct report.
Revise checklist, training matrix, training plan & other related documents to prepare for audit.
Do other tasks as the Production Manager requests and report directly to him.

Current college student pursuing a degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
Passionate about factory environment, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proactive and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Fluent in English is a plus.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
