Thực Tập Sinh Logistics - Logistics Intern

- Printing documents for logistics: Custom clearance, invoice, packing list, bill of lading. Printing documents needed to submit for CO.
- Check cost and release label for shipments via DHL, Fedex, UPS…
- Receive the final document from Procurement and provide to FWD to do customs clearance.
- Check quantity between CDS and WH's reception, highlight if any deviation.
- Support Logistic team to follow up incoming, usage and remaining of materials.
- Other tasks are assigned by direct Supervisor.

- Student in Supply chain management, Logistics, International trade, Industrial management or related fields.
- Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months
- Working Schedule: Full-time at least 4.5 days/week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon - Fri)
- Have a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management & using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, independent work and effective teamwork.
- Hardworking, meticulous, with a high sense of responsibility at work.
