Our company is open to many roles from fresh bookkeeper to experienced taxation accountant
- Account Receivables and Payables
- Payroll processing.
- Recording transactions in the appropriate company account ledgers using spreadsheets or accounting software
- Reviewing account ledgers for accuracy and correcting errors, such as duplications or typos
- Preparing and filingbasic financial documents, such as income statements, profit and loss (P&L) statements and totals by account
- Reconciling accounts by comparing bank information to records
- Organizing receipts, invoices and physical copies of financial documents
- Preparation of Financial statements for Partnerships, Companies, Trusts, Sole Traders.
- Preparation of Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, Trusts, and lodgment of Business Activity Statements (BAS).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Fresher or have experience in related positions
- Proficient in English (especially reading and writing).
- Experience with Xero software, Excel, Outlook is plus.
- Fast learner, strong willingness to learn.
- Responsible, proactive, and independent working manner.
- Able to work under high-pressure and time constraints.
- Being flexible, able to work independently in team and attention in detail.
