JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented Jewelry Designer to support the development of contemporary jewelry and small accessories collections. The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills with technical expertise in 3D modelling, realistic rendering, and product development. Experience in metal jewelry is mandatory. Sensitivity to color, illustration, and lacquer craftsmanship is highly appreciated.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design & Creation

- Design jewelry and small accessories collections.

- Develop creative concepts, color proposals, and product variations.

- Create and present realistic 3D models and renderings.

3D Development

- Create detailed 3D models for new product developments.

- Modify, improve, and optimize 3D files created by other designers.

- Prepare visual presentations and realistic renderings for internal reviews and client presentations.

Product Development

- Follow product development from concept to final prototype.

- Work closely with design, development, and production teams.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with manufacturing requirements.

Technical Documentation

- Create, update, and adapt technical packs and technical drawings.

- Maintain accurate specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and assembly details.

- Support suppliers and manufacturers with technical information when required.

- Education: Bachelor degree 

- Major:  Art, Design, Jewery Design

- Knowledge: 

Proven experience in metal jewelry development.

Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modelling and realistic rendering capabilities.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Comfortable working in an international environment.

Experience with luxury products, fashion accessories, or decorative objects.

Knowledge of lacquer, handcraft techniques, and artisanal production processes.

- Skills:

+ Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in 3D modelling software (Rhino, Blender or equivalent).

Ability to create high-quality, realistic 3D renderings.

Strong knowledge of metal jewelry construction and manufacturing processes.

Experience preparing and updating technical drawings and product specifications.

Good understanding of product development constraints and production requirements.

+ Design Skills

Strong creativity and ability to develop original jewelry and accessory concepts.

Sensitivity to colors, materials, textures, and finishes.

Interest in illustration and decorative arts.

Appreciation and understanding of lacquer craftsmanship and artisanal techniques.

+ Languages

Fluent Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.

French – considered a strong advantage.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry design.
