Work location: Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, Yen Phong, Bac Ninh

EEFA Engineer

• Analyze audio/RF failures through bench testing and signal measurement.

• Review schematics and troubleshoot circuit/component failures.

• Perform software command verification and compare results with reference units.

• Collaborate with PFA engineers to identify root causes related to process or materials.

• Prepare FA reports, support new product validation, and communicate with customers in English.

RF Test Engineer

• Develop, integrate, validate, and support RF/wireless testing (Connectivity, Cellular, 5G).

• Set up and optimize RF test systems for NPI and mass production.

• Improve test yield, product quality, and manufacturing productivity.

• Manage test hardware, software, fixtures, and testing programs.

• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams in English.

Test Process Engineer

• Provide technical support for test manufacturing operations and production issues.

• Lead NPI test setup, process implementation, and machine qualification.

• Analyze and improve test yield, quality, and productivity.

• Manage test processes, software, hardware, fixtures, and documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers in English.

Job Requirement

1.Educational background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering

2. Experiences:

• More than 3 years’ experience of FA/ RF Test/ TE/ Electrical, Electronics and Automation Engineering

• Preference Experience in Semiconductor or EMS(Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry or Product Engineer.

• Knowledge of testing systems (GRR/Loop Test/CPK)

3. Skills:

• English Communication Skill mandatory

• Experience in FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

• Experience with basic programming knowledge

• Hands-on experience using lab equipment including spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope...

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation

• Good attitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
