Kỹ Thuật Viên SMT

• Vận hành, thiết lập và tối ưu các máy SMT (Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, AOI…)

• Phân tích và xử lý lỗi trong quá trình sản xuất (lệch linh kiện, thiếu thiếc, lỗi hàn…)

• Cải tiến quy trình nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và chất lượng sản phẩm

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận (QA, PE, IE) để xử lý sự cố và cải tiến sản xuất

• Đào tạo và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho công nhân vận hành.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Có kinh nghiệm 2–5 năm trở lên trong lĩnh vực SMT

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật

• Am hiểu về:

- Quy trình SMT (Printing → Placement → Reflow)

- Các loại máy (ASM… là lợi thế)

- Phân tích lỗi AOI/SPI

• Kỹ năng đọc tài liệu kỹ thuật, bản vẽ

• Có khả năng xử lý sự cố nhanh, tư duy cải tiến

Ưu tiên:

• Biết về PIE / Process Engineer

• Có kinh nghiệm setup line mới
