Test Engineer

We are looking for an ** Test Engineer** to develop, maintain, and optimize automated test systems used in a global manufacturing environment. The role involves electrical testing, software development, hardware integration, data analysis, and continuous improvement of automated production test solutions for advanced electronic products.

## Key Responsibilities
* Develop, integrate, maintain, and upgrade automated test software for manufacturing test systems deployed across multiple global production sites.
* Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and other engineering teams to develop standardized test solutions.
* Perform electrical testing of electronic products, analyze test data, identify quality-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Design, develop, and improve automated production test systems, including:
* Test fixtures
* PCB integration
* Hardware integration
* Software development
* System documentation
* Performance evaluation and characterization
* Create and execute test plans, perform system verification and validation, investigate failures, and document technical findings.
* Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, operating procedures, and work instructions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
* Work independently while collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver project objectives.

### Education
**Required**
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
**Preferred**
• Master's Degree in a relevant engineering field.

## Experience
**Required**
• Minimum **2 years** of experience in **Test & Measurement**, Automated Testing, or related engineering fields.
**Preferred**
• Experience developing or supporting automated test systems in electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of high-speed electronic products, manufacturing test systems, or new product introduction (NPI).

## Technical Skills
### Required
• Programming experience with **Python**.
• Understanding of software development and automation concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good English communication skills for working with international engineering teams.
### Preferred
• Programming experience in **C/C++**, **C#**, or **VB.NET**.
• Experience with electrical test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, TDR, or similar instruments.
• Understanding of signal integrity, high-speed electronic testing, or RF measurement concepts.
• Experience with SQL/MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of PCB design and hardware integration.
• Experience with simulation software such as Ansys HFSS or CST.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification is an advantage.
